Overview:
Our pioneering Emerging Frontline Clinical and Care Leadership (EFCCL) programme is a clinical leadership development programme designed to support clinicians and care professionals who wish to accelerate their leadership journey. The programme has gone from strength to strength across the country that has been co-designed between clinical leaders and leadership development experts to offer you a unique leadership development opportunity. This clinical leadership development programme has been running since 2017 with over 400 clinicians/social care workers/managers who have successfully completed this fantastic programme. We blend formal leadership training provided by our internationally acknowledged delivery partner, Happy alongside NHS CLN delivered modules and networking events, harnessing the wealth and breadth of experience across our entire network.
Programme Objectives:
This programme develops you into a credible, energised leader who inspires trust enabling you to:
- Be an agile and responsive clinician/care professional/manager
- Be an authentic leader aligned strongly with clear values and principles
- Lead high performing teams working to their strengths & to a common goal

Target Audience:
Early to mid-career clinical, care and managerial leaders working across health, social care, local authorities or the independent sector.
Programme Structure:
- 4 days over six months.
- Delivered by expert facilitators from our partners in Happy via Zoom with exclusive access to tools and additional materials on a dedicated learning platform.

The EFCCL programme cost is subsidised with a 30% reduction for NHS and Local Authority staff at £1,650 (including vat). The non public sector cost is £2,350.
